Almere is a city that has been founded only thirty years ago. today it is a city with over 200.000 inhabitants. It was created within the sea of the netherlands.We can see the first inhabitants as one of the pioneers of the city for the twenty-first century city. This because a lot of new cities now a days are founded from scratch. But there has never been a monument for those pioneers of the twenty-first century.
